SHIPPING: We do our best to ship all items within one to two business days of acceptance and confirmation of an order. Any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Fire Organix is not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God or government.

U.S. Postal Service First Class mail is used to fill domestic orders, with delivery usually resulting within four to five business days. We do not accept requests for use of a courier service or overnight shipping.

All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls (including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act of 1979, the Export Administration Regulations promulgated thereunder, the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations). By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you will comply with all such applicable export controls and regulations.

You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and authorizations. Customs and import duties may apply to international sales. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to verify whether the country to which you are having products delivered permits the importation of those products and whether customs or import duties or similar charges will apply. Fire Organix is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

LOST PACKAGES: Fire Organix will not be responsible for a package that gets lost in transit if the tracking information says the package was “delivered” to the specified address.

PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS: Please provide the correct shipping address. If a package is sent to the wrong address as a result of an incorrect address being provided by the customer, the customer will then assume responsibility for the cost of re-shipping the item. The order will not be re-shipped until the original package has been returned.

PRODUCT DEFECTS & DAMAGED PACKAGES: Customer is responsible for notifying us within three days of the date of delivery of any type of defect(s) with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. After the three-day window, Fire Organix will assume the package/product was in good condition and forfeits responsibility for the product.
